The following is a list of ten concepts under consideration for development, listed in no particular order along with an estimated price:
Handheld Geiger counter that reacts to all of alpha, beta, and gamma radiation but with small sensor size ($200)
Simple to use radon monitor that can be plugged into USB or run a few days with batteries, high sensitivity design that can measure in ~15 minutes ($150)
Pocket gamma spectrometer with bluetooth connectivity and app ($250)
Home radiation monitor designed to plug into the wall and record data ($150)
Extremely high sensitivity detector with large scintillator sensor, handheld size for searching for radioactive objects such as uranium ore in nature (~$600)
Standalone radiation sensor module that can be used for DIY projects using Arduino/Pi/etc ($150)
Small pocket radiation alarm with multi-month battery life that responds if levels are very high and shows radiation levels ($150)
Tabletop Geiger counter display piece with sci-fi style and retro display ($200)
Handheld muon detector that can record and share measurements with a centralized database ($250)
A high sensitivity vehicle-based radiation detector designed to alarm to elevated levels when driving around ($300)
